Under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”), and other applicable state laws, consumers may have the rights, as further described below, to opt-out, opt-in, or otherwise limit the sale or disclosure of their personal information. While individuals may have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information under the law, DaySmart does not sell personal information to any third parties, and therefore, DaySmart has not included a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link on its website nor does it provide any forms or information related to opting-out of the sale of information. If those practices change, DaySmart will update its policies and procedures and take any other necessary actions to comply with applicable law. does not sell the personal information of minors and will not sell such information without their affirmative authorization, or the affirmative authorization of their parent or guardian for minors under 13 years of age.
Even though we do not sell your personal information, like most companies, we partner with third parties, such as Google, to manage our marketing of DaySmart on other platforms, where such advertising is based on your past visits to our Website. These third party partners may use technologies, such as cookies, to gather information about your activities on the Website to deliver such advertising to you when you visit their platforms. For instance, if you visit www.daysmart.com, a cookie may be attached to your browser in the form of a Google pixel that allows DaySmart to deliver advertising to you on Google-based platforms. 1. Right to Opt-Out of the Sale or Other Disclosure of Personal Information

- Undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of a service or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by DaySmart, and to improve, upgrade, or enhance the service or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by DaySmart; and
- Use as authorized by further regulations.
